- Have significant safeguarding expertise
- Understand statutory guidance
- Understand best practice in safeguarding
- Passionate about young people achieving their potential
- Experience of SEND as lived experience or professionally (desired)

Helping them to learn, move and thrive. You will have a supportive, skilled, and collaborative trustee team, with a full induction, training, and ongoing development opportunities.
How to apply:
Upon receiving your CV, we will arrange a call with the CEO and Headteacher to discuss the role and the organisation in detail.
You will then have an interview with the Chair and Deputy Chair of the board.
Upon appointment, you will receive a full induction pack about the organisation, a full walk-through of our school and therapy centre, and an IT induction to ensure easy access to relevant data.
