We are seeking a Key Worker to join our school community. Our Key Workers provide a warm, caring environment, which fosters and develops good personal relationships and which meets our residential pupil’s needs for security, reassurance of personal worth, stimulation and affection when away from their home.
Our Key Workers work closely with children, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. We are looking for applicants that have previously worked as a support worker, or in a residential setting. Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate a patient, caring, compassionate child-centred approach. The successful candidate will have a desire to make a positive impact on young children’s lives.
The hours for the position are Monday 3.00pm -10.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 7.30am-9.30am and 3.00pm to 10.00pm, Friday 7.30am-2.00pm.

Muntham House School is an outstanding residential and day Specialist SEN School for boys 5-18 with Autism or other SEN.
