Salary: From £12 per hour (higher at weekends and higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) and £89 sleep in rate which equates to an average salary of £32,530 per year

Requirements for the role:
- Some experience of working with people in a person-centred way is desirable but not essential.
- An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help.
- Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable.
