This 90-minute interactive training session is designed for SENCos, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and pastoral support staff.

Training numbers are limited to ensure an interactive and hands-on learning experience.

Learning outcomes

Participants will learn to:

• Create personalised sensory diets from profile data using structured prompts
• Generate social stories with appropriate imagery using ChatGPT’s image generation
• Build “Student-on-a-Page” profiles that translate complex needs into actionable strategies
• Develop sensory break cards and regulation strategy sheets for immediate classroom use

The training includes live demonstrations of tools, guided hands-on practice with anonymised student data, and take-away resources such as template prompts and quick reference guides for future use.

Prior to the session, delegates will be sent a prompting guide which has the prompts and tools that will be used during the session

With 25 years of experience in education, Darren is a prominent figure in educational technology and a recognised expert on AI in schools and colleges worldwide. He has delivered impactful training sessions, keynotes and workshops for leading organisations such as HMC, COBIS, NAHT and ISA, and spoke at the NASS Annual Conference in October 2024.
