We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Deputy House Managers and Senior Support Workers to join our dedicated residential children’s care team.

About the Role:
As a Deputy House Manager or Senior Support Worker, you will:

  • Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and young people
  • Provide care, encouragement, and guidance to help each child reach their full potential
  • Support the delivery of trauma-informed and best-practice care approaches
  • Lead by example, helping to guide and mentor less experienced team members
  • Play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
