We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our dedicated residential children’s care team. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive organisation that values kindness, professional development, and high-quality care.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and young people
  • Provide care, encouragement, and guidance to help each child reach their full potential
  • Support children and young people with their emotional wellbeing, daily routines, and personal development
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a caring and supportive team

What We Offer

  • From £13.10 per hour, with enhanced weekend rates and increased pay for staff qualified to RQF Level 3
  • £89 sleep-in rate, equating to an average salary of approximately £37,000 per year
