THE ROLE
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join us as head of therapy at our lower-secondary site. Working equally alongside the assistant head, this leadership role at our site for 26 pupils with education, health and care plans is fundamental to the seamless operation of the school.

In addition to day-to-day leadership and management, the key responsibility of this role is to monitor and assure a consistently outstanding therapeutic approach, liaising with all remits of therapy to ensure that all professionals involved in the care plans of our pupils are working seamlessly together. Including leading meetings with external professionals and outside agencies.

OUR SCHOOLS
Our independent schools provide innovative, therapeutic provision for pupils aged 5 to 16 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. We are widely acknowledged as leading the way in providing ‘outstanding’ (Ofsted, 2018) specialist provision for some of London’s most complex children.

SAFER RECRUITMENT
Our robust safer recruitment process reflects our commitment to keeping our pupils as safe as possible. All offers of employment are dependent upon the successful completion of all the relevant statutory vetting checks, including an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and at least two satisfactory professional references.
