We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and committed Speech and Language Therapist to drive standards and practice across the school.

Gretton School is a specialist therapeutic school for children and young people with autism and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Teaching and therapy staff at the school work together using a strong multidisciplinary approach and prioritise the development of the children’s functional communication, social interaction skills and emotional well-being. We are building a formidable team, which this role will form part of, providing a growing group of professionals driving innovation, performance and challenge, but more importantly teamwork, sharing and development.

We are looking for an experienced, confident, well qualified and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for learning and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to support the future development of our provisions for children and young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) as well as social, emotional and mental health needs and those with associated speech language and communication difficulties.

This is a full-time, term time only role.
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Salary: £31,365 – £37,890 (FTE) Pro rata (term time only)

Both permanent and maternity cover available
