School Business Manager 

Following a review of the senior leadership team structure, Sheiling School is pleased to recruit for this new position. Candidates must have excellent leadership skills, be educated to degree level or equivalent and must have a higher qualification in personnel, CIPD level 5 minimum or equivalent with high level ICT skills (essential), with significant, practical and recent experience of HR management. The ideal candidate will also have experience of charity accounting (desirable).

The post of School Business Manager is crucial to our success in providing the best possible education and care to our pupils. Working closely with the CEO, this post will offer you the chance to become an important part of the Senior Leadership Team and make a real difference to the lives of the children in our care. 

Competitive Salary
37.5 hours per week
6.6 weeks paid holiday which includes an allowance for Bank Holidays

Sheiling School in Thornbury, South Glos. is a residential School for children with learning difficulties aged 6 to 19 and is part of the charity Thornleigh Camphill Communities. Our beautiful grounds on the edge of the town encompass several residential houses for children and adults, a school building, indoor and outdoor craft workshops and a swimming pool.
