We have a rare vacancy for a Registered Manager in our Appletree home, which is home for up to 12 boys and girls aged 6 to 12 years, who have emotional, mental health and social difficulties. You will lead, manage and motivate the care team to deliver the highest quality Therapeutic care inline with our established therapeutic model.
SALARY: Competitive Salary dependent on experience
You will need:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent if qualified before January 2011) (Essential)
At least two years’ management experience, ideally gained in a residential working environment, including recruitment, training and managing a staff team
Understanding of how to work therapeutically with young, traumatised children.
