Wargrave House Limited operates a 38-week day non-maintained special school and independent specialist college for 5 to 25 year olds.  We have an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to children and young people with Autism.

Due to increasing student numbers, an opportunity has arisen for a hard-working, highly skilled and ‘outstanding’ professional who is passionate about safeguarding and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people with autism.

We are looking for someone with a passion for wellbeing and safeguarding who wishes to further develop their specialist skills in this interesting and challenging field. The post is designed for a professional who can provide strong leadership and consistency in all aspects of safeguarding additionally there will be a requirement to cover lessons as required. Applications are invited from enthusiastic and ambitious professionals who have the vision and energy to sustain effective systems and promote essential safeguarding legislation protocols

You will be expected to demonstrate high aspirations for all our young people, whilst modelling effectiveness through your own continuing professional development.
