The school is growing and developing, it’s integrated therapeutic team is working tirelessly alongside the management team and the teaching and support staff to further develop our fantastic practise and outcomes.
We require an exceptional educational practitioner with the ability and ambition to lead and continue to develop the team and the service we provide. The role will require you to work closely with the Principal and Governing board, who are proactive and very supportive. We would require that the Headteacher support, guide and take responsibility for the continued development of the teaching staff.
The Headteacher will also need to continue to build on our excellent reputation within the region, this may require attending meetings and hosting visits with key external stakeholders.
You would be required to work with the SLT to ensure all educational standards are met and that there is a strong focus on delivering a high quality of education and a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum. You will also hold the highest possible standards of safeguarding practice, and understand how we develop the whole child in harmony with their special educational needs. You will be supported in your role by the Deputy Head.
