Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day special school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.
Domestic Assistant (bank)
Enthusiastic, hard-working individuals are required to maintain the highest standards of cleaning to the School and College. Flexibility is required with working hours which will be within the times of 6:00am to 4:00pm on a bank contract – Monday to Friday, as required.
Duties involve cleaning the common areas of the School & College, including the Sports Hall and Swimming Pool area. Candidates will need to be comfortable with working from heights and light lifting as the role may also include cleaning inside windows, high level dusting/cleaning. Whilst previous experience is not essential, suitable candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment towards providing a high standard of cleaning and working with minimal supervision. Experience of using floor cleaning machinery is preferable although training can be provided, if required.
