Salary – £53,000 – £55,000 plus generous annual bonus and an excellent benefit package including:

The school is at an exciting stage of its development, with a new Headteacher and we are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic leader to continue to cultivate a love of learning across the school and add to our family ethos.
As Deputy Head you will demonstrate a proven track record in school improvement, be able to model best practice with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to develop and build on existing systems, promoting the quality of teaching and learning in this highly specialised school, supporting children with complex learning and behavioural needs.
The school is a listed building located in the heart of Eton Dorney. It is a well-resourced environment with state-of-the art facilities and the extensive grounds support staff to deliver a creative curriculum with outdoor learning facilities and the newly developed all weather playground area. As Deputy Head you will have the backing and support of the senior management team at CSfC and a range of supporting professionals working in the school to augment the everyday experiences of students attending the school.

We are based in Berkshire, South Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hampshire with Ofsted rated ‘good and outstanding’ homes and schools. we have been successful for over 31 years providing warm, caring, family style homes for looked after children with emotional, learning, social and behavioural needs.
At Calcot Services for Children, we understand that a young person’s education is a vital part of their childhood and development, and we recognise that young people that come to live at our homes have had a disrupted education and may struggle to engage. Our expectation is that all our young people will be engaged in education and where they are unable to access mainstream education out Independent Therapeutic schools enable our pupils to access education in a safe and nurturing environment.
