New College Worcester is a nationally regarded non-maintained special school, devoted to the education of vision impaired young people aged 11 – 19. We are seeking to appoint the following member staff to work with young people who are blind or vision impaired. Within the role of Residential Site Lead you will manage a collaborative Care team to provide a high standard of care to children and young people with a vision impairment. You will foster a positive environment for the delivery of the waking day curriculum and ensure high quality of documentation with the Care team. As their Line Manager you will supervise the support staff to work with students in a proficient and sensitive manner, that will enhance both their academic and social development.
