NASS is delighted to collaborate with Still Human to host a 60-minute webinar on ‘Menopause Awareness for All.’ This awareness workshop will cover the stages, symptoms, and ways to manage menopause, with a focus on creating open, supportive workplace conversations.
The session aims to normalise discussions around menopause at work without normalising suffering. Through conversations like these, we can foster menopause-friendly environments—where women feel comfortable sharing their experiences without shame or embarrassment, know where to find help, and colleagues feel equipped to offer meaningful support.
Who should attend
Menopause isn’t just an issue for ‘women of a certain age’ in education; it’s a whole-school issue. With 75% of education staff being female, understanding menopause is vitally important and can have a far-reaching impact.
