Managing serial, unreasonable and vexatious complaints – 1st July 2025 Tuesday 1st Jul 2025 Online via Teams

Year on years schools have reported an increase in the number of complex and challenging complaints they face. Dealing with serial, unreasonable or vexatious complaints can take its toll on school managers and staff and can quickly escalate if not handled properly.

Natalie Wargent, Legal Director, from NASS partner, VWV, will present a session on:

  • What constitutes an unreasonable complaint and when does it become “vexatious”;
  • How to handle an unreasonable or vexatious complaint;
  • Practical steps you can take to manage such complaints;
  • Which policies schools should have in place and how to implement them effectively;
  • Legal options if matters escalate.

This session is free to attend for NASS Members only.

Deadline for booking: Tuesday 24th June 2025
