Launch of NASS’s School Sleep Resource 10th November 10.00 am -12.00 noon
This is a free event open to all NASS members to launch a new resource we have developed with Hunrosa Sleep Consultancy. Sleep difficulties are growing amongst children and young people and are particularly common in young people with SEND. Factor in those children who live in residential settings and we think sleep will be an issue most of our schools can identify with. We have put together a helpful resource that covers topics such as ‘average’ sleep needs and how to adjust bedtime routines and night-time behaviours to improve the quality and quantity of sleep.
In this session, Janice Jenner from Hunrosa will introduce the resource and help you think about how to use it in your school.
As this is a virtual event you will require audio/visual capability i.e. desktop with webcam plus headphones with a microphone, laptop/device with microphone and camera. Attendees will be required to have their camera on during the event.
Booking deadline: 3rd November 2020
