NASS Training Event - Dealing successfully with complex cases - lack of capability and ill health in schools
Wednesday 25th April 2012, Jurys Inn, Birmingham

NASS will be holding a one day training event for Dealing successfully with complex cases - lack of capability and ill health in schools. This course identifies and discusses strategies and best practice to deal with complex cases where an employee is not fulfilling their role to a satisfactory level. The aim of the course is to help school managers to understand the important stages of the processes to maximise the success of the improvement programme and minimise the risks of claims to tribunal or grievances. The day will cover both processes - for dealing with capability due to an inability to perform the duties of the post and also the inability to attend work on a regular or sustained basis due to ill health.
